核糖体蛋白S3a在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨核糖体蛋白S3a(RP-S3a)在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测50例子宫内膜癌(内膜癌组)、30例子宫内膜不典型增生(增生组)、30例正常子宫内膜组织(正常组)中RP-S3a的表达情况,并分析其与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 RP-S3a在内膜癌组中的阳性表达率明显高于增生组与正常组(P均<0.05),且与子宫内膜癌组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。结论 RP-S3a可促进子宫内膜癌的发生及发展。
