186例食管癌癌前病变及早期食管癌患者内镜黏膜下剥离术后病理诊断分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术后病理检查在食管癌早期诊断中的临床意义。方法对186例疑似食管癌癌前病变及早期食管癌的203处病灶行内镜下活检,后行内镜黏膜下剥离术取病灶组织行病理检查。结果活检与术后病理诊断一致率为42.4%(86/203),诊断过度率为17.7%(36/203),诊断不足率为39.4%(80/203)。结论内镜下黏膜剥离术后病理可较为客观地反映病变性质,但鉴于病变过程的复杂性,仍需将两者结合,以进一步制定合理的临床诊疗方案。
