1470nm半导体红激光汽化术治疗前列腺增生症疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨1470nm半导体红激光汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法对43例BPH患者行1470nm半导体红激光汽化术。术后1、6个月行国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL),测定最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(PVR)等临床指标变化。结果 43例患者手术全部成功,术中无明显出血;未出现尿失禁及明显的膀胱刺激征。术后1、6个月IPSS评分、QOL评分均明显低于治疗前,P均<0.01;最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(PVR)等均明显改善,P均<0.01。结论 1470nm半导体红激光汽化术治疗BPH效果确切,且较为安全。
