PLGA纳米粒抗肿瘤载体的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 化学治疗是临床治疗肿瘤的主要方式,但传统化疗方法在杀伤癌细胞的同时也会损害机体正常细胞。近年,有学者将化疗药物制成纳米粒、脂质体、微球,不仅可有效降低药物不良反应发生率,还可延长药物的半衰期。聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)是一类可生物降解的高分子聚合物,生物相容性较好,已广泛用于微球、微囊、纳米粒、微丸、埋植剂以及膜剂等制备中。PLGA包封药物粒径都在纳米级,可提高肿瘤部位药物浓度,减少化疗药物的不良反应,延长化疗药物在体内的循环时间,改善药物的药动学性质。现将PLGA纳米粒作为抗肿瘤载体的研究进展综述如下。
