湘西州烤烟烟碱含量的区域特征及其与烟叶评吸质量的关系

Regional Characteristics of Nicotine Content in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves from Xiangxi and its Relationships with Smoking Quality

通过连续流动法测定烟叶烟碱含量以及对烟叶感官评吸质量的量化评价,探讨了湘西烤烟烟碱含量的区域特征及其与烟叶感官评价指标分值间的量化关系。结果表明：1湘西主产烟区B2F,C3F和X2F3个等级烟叶烟碱含量均值分别为3.9%,3.1%和2.2%,含量超过3.50%的样本分别为73.5%,24.1%和2.0%,B2F的烟碱含量偏高。2烤烟烟碱含量与香气量、杂气、浓度、刺激性和余味分值呈近似直线关系,与香气质、香味、劲头、吸味分值和评吸总分呈近似抛物线关系。随着烤烟烟碱含量升高,其香气量和浓度增大,刺激性和杂气上升,余味变差;烟碱含量在2.6%~3.6%范围内的烤烟香味和吸味均较佳,且在3.0%时评吸质量最佳。

To investigate the regional distribution characteristics of nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco leaves from Xiangxi and the quantitative correlations between the nicotine content and sensory quality of the leaves, the nicotine content in the leaves was determined with continuous flow method and the sensory quality of the leaves was quantitatively evaluated. The results showed that： 1） The mean values of nicotine content in B2F, C3F, X2F from the main tobacco growing areas in Xiangxi were 3.9%, 3.1%, 2.2%, nicotine content above 3.50~/; accounted for 73.5%, 24.1%, and 2.0%, respectively. The nicotine content in B2F was higher. 2） The nicotine content in tobacco exhibited roughly linear correlations with the scores of aroma quantity, offensive odor, concentration, irritancy and after taste, and exhibited roughly parabolic correlations with the scores of aroma quality, flavor, strength, taste, and total sensory evaluation score. With the increase of nicotine content in tobacco, aroma quantity, concentration, Tobacco offered good aroma and taste smoking quality appeared at the nicotine irritancy and offensive odor increased, and aftertaste became worse. when its nicotine content ranged from 2.63% to 3.61%, and the best content of 3.01%.
