某院2013年活血类中药注射剂使用情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of TCM injection use in 2013

目的:了解某院活血类中药注射剂的使用情况。方法:调查2013年1-12月期间,住院患者中使用过活血类中药注射剂的病历,进行统计分析、计算各科室的使用率及每个药品的使用率,并分析用药合理性。结果:通过调查、统计,活血类中药注射剂使用合理的仅占51.3%。结论:活血类中药注射剂使用情况比较不合理,有待进一步提高。

OBJECTIVE To study the use of promoting-circulation drugs of TCM injection in a hospital. METHODS The medical records during 2013 annual that patients who ever used promoting-circulation drugs of TCM injection were analyzed. The drug use rationality was evaluated according to the use rate. RESULTS The rational drug use accounted for only 51.3%. CONCLUSION The usage of promoting-circulation drugs in the hospital is quite unreasonable and needs to be further im proved.
