优质护理在喉癌病人术前术后的应用

Application of Quality care in the preoperative and postoperative laryngeal cancer patients

目的:探讨优质护理在喉癌病人术前术后的应用效果。方法:喉癌患者100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,所有患者都在全麻下行气管切开术加全喉切除术加颈淋巴结清扫术,对照组在术前与术后予常规护理,在此基础上治疗组给予积极地优质护理。结果:干预前两组抑郁评分对比差异无统计学意义,干预后治疗组的抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后治疗组的生理职能、精神心理与社会交流评分明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在喉癌病人术前术后的应用能有效缓解抑郁情绪,提高术后生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of quality care in the preoperative and postoperative laryngeal cancer patients. Meth- ods： 100 cases of laryngeal cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the hospital order, with 50 cas- es in each group. All of the 100 cases were given tracheotomy, total laryngectomy and adical neck dissection at the condition of general anesthesia. Control group were given routine care, and treatment group were given quality care, additionally.Results： Before intervention, the SDS of the two group was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. After intervention, the SDS of the treatment group was significantly lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Quality care significantly relieved the depression of laryngeal cancer patients, improved thepostoperative quality of life, worth clinical promotion.
