益母汤配合益母贴外敷治疗痛经的临床观察

Clinical observation of Yimu decoction with Yimu paste external application in the treatment of dysmenorrhea

目的:探讨益母汤配合益母贴外敷治疗痛经的临床疗效。方法:收集2012年7月-2014年7月气虚血瘀型痛经患者60例,将其随机分为两组,两组患者均给予益母方内服,B组加用益母贴外敷,将两组患者治疗前后的治疗前后观察痛经症状积分改变及总体疗效评定标准进行比较。结果:两组症状积分无显著差异(P>0.05),有统计学意义,治疗后自身前后对照有显著差异(P<0.05),有统计学差异,A组与B组有显著差异(P<0.05)。B组明显优于A组。结论:将益母汤配合益母贴外敷治疗痛经治疗效果好,提高患者对治疗的依从性,内服加外敷是治疗痛经的一个新途径。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yimu Decoction pastetopical treatment of dysmenorrhea with motherwort. Meth- ods： from 2012 July -2014 year in July 60 cases of dysmenorrhea of qi deficiency and blood stasis,were randomly dibided into two groups, two groups of patients were givenmotherwort Decoction taken orally, B group were treated with motherwort pastefor external application, be- fore and after treatment in the two groups before and ＇after treatment to observe the symptoms of dysmenorrhea integral change and overall curative effect evaluation standard of comparison. Results： no significant difference between the two groups symptoms （P〉 0.05）, there is statistical significance, after treatment of seff-control has significant difference （P〈0.05）,there was significant difference, there was sig- nificant difference in A group and B group （P〈 0.05）. B group was higher than that of group A. Conclusion： theYimu decoction combined with motherwort paste topical treatment ofdysmenorrhea good treatment effect,enhance the medication compliance,internal and external appli- cation is a new approach for the treatment ofdysmenorrhea.
