中药贴敷联合按摩足三里治疗ICU患者热秘60例疗效观察

目的:观察中药贴敷联合按摩足三里治疗ICU患者热秘的临床疗效。方法:对60例ICU患者热秘给予神阙穴中药(大黄、白醋)贴敷,每日1次,每次8小时,足三里穴位按摩每日2次,每次15min,治疗3天后观察患者热秘症状及改善情况。结果:60例患者中治愈41例,显效11例,有效7例,无效1例,治愈率为68.3%,总有效率为98.3%。结论:中药贴敷神阙穴联合按摩足三里治疗ICU患者热秘是一种简单而有效的方法。
