速溶胃肠超声助显剂的临床应用研究

A Study on the Clinical Application of a Quick - solution Gastroenterultrasound Developer

目的:探讨速溶胃肠超声助显剂的诊断价值。材料与方法:在临床上与X线钡餐、CT、纤维胃镜、术后病检进行诊断一致性研究。结果:对于胃、十二指肠疾病的诊断,速溶胃肠超声助显剂与术后病检、纤维胃镜相比,具有较高的诊断一致性(计算一致率分别为96.90%、96.04%,kappa值分别为0.920、0.954(P值均为0.000)。比X线钡餐正确率高,与术后病检相比,两者假阳性率分别为8.57%、13.24%,假阴性率分别为4.06、6.27%。比CT正确率高,与术后病检相比,两者假阳性率分别为8.57%,12.27%;假阴性率分别为4.06%、6.68%。结论:作为一种无创伤性诊断方法,速溶胃肠超声助显剂具有较高的诊断价值。

Purpose: To explore the diagnostic value of quick- solution gastroenterultrasound developer. Materials and Methods: To compare diagnostic results of ventriclus and duodenum diseases by quick - solution developer gastroenterultrasound with which of pestoperative pathologic diagnosis, CT diagnosis , X-ray bariun meal diagnosis, fibrogastrosoope diagnosis. Results: As to the diagnosis of ventriculou and duodenum, there were high diagnostic consistence between quick- solution developer gastroenterultrasound and postoperative pathologic diagnosis, fibrogastrosoope diagnosis. The calculation consistence were 96.96% , 96.04%, Kappa Value were 0.920, 0.954 (P= 0.000), The accurate rate of gastroenterultrasound diagnosis was higher than X-ray. Compared with postoperative pathologic diagnosis the false positive rate were 8.57% , 13.24% , false negative rate were 4.06% , 6.27% , The accurate rate of gastroenterultrasound diagnosis was higher than CT, Compared with posteroperative pathologic diagnosis, the false positive rate were 8.57% . 12.27% , false negative rate were 4.06% , 6.68% . Conclusion: As a no trauma diagnostic method, quick solution developer gaytroenterultrasound had high diagnostic value.
