摘要
读者培训讲座是高校图书馆与其服务对象沟通的重要窗口。文章采用网页调查法,收集了国内外高校图书馆开展读者培训讲座的数据,通过其形式和内容的对比,分析了国内外高校图书馆在读者培训讲座上的异同,阐述了讲座中的特色内容,最后对高校图书馆完善读者培训讲座从满足不同层次读者的信息需求、拓展读者培训讲座的形式和加强培训讲座师资队伍建设三个方面提出建议。
Readers training workshops is an important way for university libraries to communicate with their users.With online survey, we collect data of reader training workshops from domestic and foreign universities.By contrasting their form and content, we analyze the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign universities on the reader training seminars, and introduce some special content of workshops.Finally, suggestions has been made on meeting varies information needs of readers, expanding the form of training seminars and strengthening the teaching staff to improve the training workshops.
