现浇泡沫混凝土自保温复合墙体的工程应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 现浇泡沫混凝土保温复合墙体采用优质轻钢龙骨作为框架,用纤维水泥压力板为覆面,在龙骨与纤维水泥压力板所形成的墙体空腔中浇筑泡沫混凝土,硬化后形成夹芯型轻质复合墙体。现浇泡沫混凝土是以金属尾矿粉等工业废弃物作为主要材料,通过科学配比研制的高性能新型轻质刚性保温材料。该墙体可满足我国不同典型气候区建筑节能的要求及防火要求,同时具有抗震、隔声、耐久等综合性能,施工速度快,墙体造价低,利废减排,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The cast-in-place foam concrete insulation composite wall is made of high quality lightweight steel keel as framework,using fiber cement pressure plate for covering,wall cavity formed in the keel and fiber cement pressure plate,pouring foam concrete,hardened to form a clip core type of lightweight composite wall.Foam concrete is a kind of high-perfonnance new type lightweight rigid insulation material developed by scientific mix with metal tail slag and other industrial waste as main material.The wall can meet the requirements of different typical climate areas of China's building energy saving and fire safety requirements,both overall performance with seismic performance,sound insulation,durability,etc.With fast construction speed,low cost,utilizing waste reduction,it has good economic benefit and social benefit.
