沥青路面骨料再生混凝土的力学性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了使用回收沥青混凝土路面(RAP)中的再生骨料取代混凝土中的部分或全部天然骨料,并应用于路面混凝土中的可行性。用0、20%、40%、70%和100%的再生骨料取代天然骨料,进行了不同配合比的再生混凝土性能试验。研究表明,随着再生骨料用量的增加,混凝土的工作性能下降,破坏形态发生了变化,混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度都有不同程度的降低。使用20%和40%再生骨料制备的再生混凝土可以满足现有的路面强度要求。 This study evaluated using of reclaimed aggregate used in Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) to replace part or all natural aggregate in the concrete and the possibility of its application in pavement concrete.Concrete mixtures with 0,20%,40%,70% and 100% aggregate replacement by RAP aggregate were produced and evaluated.The results indicated that as the percentage of declaimed aggregate increased in the concrete mix,the workability of the concrete decreased,the failure form changes,and the compressive,splitting and flexural strengths decreased at different degree.The regenerated concrete containing 20% and 40% RAP aggregate are the suitable mixes that agree with the current requirements for concrete slabs in pavement.
