合肥市长丰县2009-2013年5岁以下儿童死亡分析

The analysis of the death rate of children under the 5 years old from 2009 to 2013,Changfeng county

目的了解长丰县5岁以下儿童死亡率及死因顺位情况,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法对2009-2013年5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行整理和分析。结果 2009-2013年5年间5岁以下儿童死亡率呈递减趋势,其中新生儿死亡占5岁以下儿童死亡半数以上。新生儿出生窒息占死因首位。结论提高胎儿娩出助产技术和新生儿窒息复苏技术是降低5岁以下儿童死亡的重要措施。

Objective To investigate the mortality and the death cause sequence among the children under 5 years old in Changfeng County. The results will be used to provide the basis for formulating the related intervention measures. Methods The surveillance data of death rate of children under 5 years old from 2009 to 2013 were sorted and analyzed. Results The mortality of children under 5 years old showed a decreasing trend,the neonatal death in children under 5 years old accounted for more than half of the total death during 2009 to 2013. Birth asphyxia was the first cause of the newborn death. Conclusions The important measure to reduce the death of children under 5 years old is to improve the technology of delivery and neonatal asphyxia recovery.
