摘要
2014年独立学院五年过渡期结束,教育部对独立学院即将展开考察验收工作,尚未转设的独立学院将面临不同的路径选择。文章运用SWOT分析模型,从内部优势和劣势、外部机遇和危机四个方面对甘肃省独立学院转设中面临的问题进行系统分析,并在此基础上提出甘肃省独立学院转型发展的路径组合:健全制度保障、明确转设发展类型、完善法人治理结构、突显办学特色、建设一支"双师型"队伍,如此方能凝聚独立学院持续发展的核心竞争力。
The five-year transition period for independent colleges ends in 2014. The Ministry of Education will conduct inspections and for those who have yet to restructure will face different path selections. This paper uses the SWOT model to analyze the problems in the restructuring of independent colleges in Gansu from the four aspects of internal strengths and weaknesses,and external opportunities and challenges. Paths for the restructuring and development of independent colleges in Gansu are proposed:improve the institutional guarantee,clear the type of restructuring and development,improve the corporate governance structure,highlight the college characteristics,and construct of a "duel-teacher"team,so as to form the core competitiveness for the sustainable development of independent colleges.
