高职院校学生生涯辅导工作的现状与思考

Current Situation and Reflection of the Students' Career Guidance Work in Vocational Colleges

辅导员是高职院校生涯辅导工作的关键人物,但其现实工作存在诸多困境:辅导员缺乏生涯辅导方面的专业知识和技能;辅导员职业角色多元,很难进行科学的角色转换;学生对生涯辅导不重视,主动进行生涯规划的意识较为薄弱;学生生涯辅导群体性和个体需求性存在冲突。解决高职院校学生生涯辅导工作困境有两条途径:提升辅导员的生涯辅导专业能力,拓宽生涯辅导的辐射力度。

Counselors in vocational colleges are the key to career guidance work though they are also faced with difficulties in reality including lacking of professional knowledge and skills,difficulties for them to make scientific transformation between multiple roles,students＇ ignorance of career counseling and short of initiative consciousness,and conflict of demand between individual and group. The main ways to solve the difficulties are to improve counselor career counseling professional ability and widen the radiation intensity of career guidance.
