山东省乡村医生收入现状及影响因素分析

Analyzing the status of rural doctors' income in Shandong Province and its influencing factors

目的:分析目前山东省乡村医生收入的现状及影响因素,为完善相关政策提供依据。方法:对山东省693名乡村医生进行问卷调查,并通过单因素分析、多重线性回归分析等方法分析影响乡村医生收入的因素。结果:影响山东省乡村医生收入的因素主要为乡村医生所在地区经济状况、乡村卫生室诊疗费收入、实施基本药物专项补助、新农合补助。结论:乡村医生收入低、补偿机制不完善、缺乏有效激励机制制约乡村医生队伍的稳定和发展,亟需完善现行的补偿机制,增加业务工作的激励作用,以促进乡村医生队伍更好的发展。

Objective To analyze the status of rural doctors＇ income in Shandong Province and its influencing factors,and pro- vide references for improving relevant policies. Methods 693 cases of rural doctors in Shandong Province were surveyed with ques- tionnaire. And factors influencing their income were analyzed with single factor analysis and muhiple linear regression analysis methods. Results The main factors influencing rural doctors＇ income were economic condition, clinics＇ income from medical serv- ices, special subsidies from implementation of basic drug system and new rural cooperative medical system. Conclusion Low income of rural doctors, imperfect compensation mechanism and lack of effective incentive mechanism had restricted the stability and devel- opment of rural doctor team. It is urgent to perfect the compensation mechanism, increase incentive from medical services for impro- ving the construction of rural doctor teams.
