摘要
孵育和激发学生的创造力是医学院校研究生阶段教育的重要目标之一。研究生导师作为创新教育的主体,其领导行为直接影响这一目标的实现。所以,文章在解析创造力本质和创新教育目标的基础上,对积极影响创造力的变革型领导行为、支持型领导行为、授权型领导行为、道德型领导行为和消极影响创造力的欺辱型领导行为、威权型领导行为进行梳理、分析和思考,期望为研究生导师在创新教育过程中的领导实践以及医学院校的创新教育管理实践提供参考。
To develop students' creativity is one of the important objectives of postgraduate training in medical colleges, which will be influenced by tutors' leadership. Based on analysis of the nature of creativity and the objectives of creativity education, lead- er behaviors were studied, including positive behaviors of transforming behaviors, supporting behaviors, empowering behaviors and moral behaviors, and negative behaviors of authoritarian behaviors and abusive behaviors, which was hoped to provide reference for the tutors' practice and creativity education management in medical colleges.
