摘要
考虑力传感器实际使用条件与出厂检定条件的差异性,为准确校准并正确使用力传感器,文中根据力传感器的结构和工作原理,结合其实际使用工况,通过三维建模和CAE模拟,分别分析了力传感器安装预紧力、连接件结构、安装底座硬度对力传感器输出信号的影响。在此基础上,为验证数值模拟的正确性,用力标准机对力传感器进行校准实验,结合模拟及其校准实验结果,研究上述不同工况对力传感器各性能指标的影响。
Considering the differences between the actual use conditions and the factory verification conditions of force transducer and to accurately calibrate and correctly use force transducers, based on the structure and working principles of force trans- ducer,this paper respectively analyzed the force transducer output signals in actual working conditions through 3-D modeling and CAE simulations,which were influenced by the installation pre-tightening force, structure of fittings and pedestal's hardness. On the basis above, the calibration experiments on a force standard machine were done to check the correctness of numerical simulations. And then the paper studded the differences of every output performance index of force transducers in different working conditions a- bove-mentioned,combining with the outcomes of the numerical simulations and the calibration experiments.
