基于ATmega16的矿井电缆故障精确定位仪

摘要 煤矿井下生产条件和工作环境复杂,所使用的电力电缆出现故障后,如果不及时排除,会引起瓦斯煤尘爆炸,基于这些因素,快速、有效地检测电缆故障并进行故障定位显得尤为重要。根据新型阻抗定位算法,设计了基于ATmega16的矿井电缆故障精确定位仪,系统以单片机为核心,采用高精度电阻进行信号的采样,经过滤波后送入LTC2411 A/D转换器,然后通过单片机分析计算输出故障点位置。该定位仪具有智能化程度高、采集精度高和方便携带的优点。 Because of the complicated conditions and working surroundings, the possibility of power cable faults, if not dealt with opportunely, it could bring about blasting. Thus, it is crucial to monitor the cable faults effectively and alarm it fast. Based on the type of impedance localization algorithm, a kind of equipment was designed to locate trouble points in cable. This paper took io- eator microcontroller as the core, used precision resistors for signal sampling, the input differential mode signal, after filtering into the LTC2411 A/D converter, and then analyzed by the microcontroller calculates the output fault location. The equipment is high intelligent, with high precise and convenient to be taken.
