摘要 为了实时采集液压试验系统中的压力、流量、温度等参数,并对流量进行闭环控制,开发了一套基于LabVIEW的测控系统。根据测控系统的要求,选择PCI数据采集卡作为系统硬件,并建立了软件程序的框架结构。给出了连续采集需要调用的函数,结合LabVIEW的PID模块设计了数据采集与PID调节部分的程序框图。利用煤油作为流体介质的测控实例表明,该系统实现了数据连续采集以及流量自动调节等功能。 This paper developed a set of measurement and control system based on LabVIEW in order to achieve real-time data acquisition of pressure, flow and temperature, and closed-loop control of the liquid flow. According to the request of measurement and control system, PCI Data Acquisition Card was selected as the system hardware, and structure of software program was set up. Functions which were needed to be called in continuous acquisition were presented, program chart of data acquisition and PID adjustment was designed combined with PID module in LabVIEW. Measurement and control example which uses kerosene as fluid medium indicates that the system achieves data continuous acquisition and self-regulation of liquid flow.
