补气益肺活血中药方辅助微创治疗肺癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Buqi Yifei Huoxue Recipe Assisted with Minimally Invasive for the Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的：观察补气益肺活血中药方辅助微创治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年1月～2013年11月就诊于我院的非小细胞肺癌患者（NSCLC）共70例,采取随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。对照组予以胸腔镜手术治疗,实验组在对照组基础上,术后予以为期6个月的益肺活血汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗6个月后的外周血T细胞亚群及细胞因子水平、对比两组患者治疗6个月后的临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗6个月后CD3＋水平均显著高于治疗前,P〈0.01,实验组患者治疗6个月后CD3＋CD4＋、CD3＋CD8＋、NK、NKT和Treg水平均显著高于治疗前,P〈0.01;对照组患者治疗6个月后CD3＋CD4＋、CD3＋CD8＋、NK、NKT和Treg水平均显著低于治疗前及实验组治疗后,P〈0.01。两组患者治疗6个月后s Fas水平均显著低于治疗前,P〈0.01,实验组患者治疗6个月后IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2水平均显著高于治疗前,P〈0.01;对照组患者治疗6个月后IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2水平均显著低于治疗前及实验组治疗后,P〈0.01。实验组治疗6个月后有效率显著高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：采取补气益肺活血中药方辅助微创治疗肺癌临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的术后免疫水平,值得临床应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Buqi Yifei Huoxue Recipe assisted with minimally invasive for the treatment of lung cancer. Methods： 70cases of non-small cell lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group from Jan 2011 to Nov 2013in our hospital. The controlled group received thoracoscopic surgery, while the experimental group based on the controlled group, received Buqi Yifei Huoxue Recipe. The peripheral T cell subsets and cytokine levels of two groups were compared before and after treatment of after 6months. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after 6months of treatment. Results： After treatment for 6months CD3 ＋ in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment, P〈0. 01. CD3＋CD4＋, CD3＋CD8＋, NK, NKT and Treg levels in the experimental group after 6months of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, P〈0.01; CD3＋CD4＋, CD3＋CD8＋, NK, NKT and Treg were significantly lower in the controlled group after 6months of treatment than those before treatment and the experimental group, P〈 0.01. After treatment for 6months sFas in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, P〈0.01. IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-21evels in the experimental group after 6months of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, P〈 0. 01 ; IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-21evels were significantly lower in the controlled group after 6months of treatment than those before treatment and the experimental group, P 〈0. 01. Experimental group after 6months of treatment had significantly higher efficiency, P〈0. 05. Conclusions ： Buqi Yifei Huoxue Recipe assisted with minimally invasive treatment for lung cancer can not only improve the patient＇s level of immunity after surgery, but also improve the clinical efficacy, which is worthy of promotion.
