中西医结合治疗老年性膝关节炎的临床疗效分析

Curative Analysis of Applying Integrative Medicine to Treat Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

目的：为了进一步探讨临床治疗老年性膝关节炎的可靠方法,研究中西医结合方法的临床效果。方法：我院选取了2009年1月～2010年1月期间,我院收治的老年性膝关节炎患者122例为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,分别为对照组和治疗组,每组均为56例患者。对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合方法治疗,比较研究两组患者实施西药治疗和实施中西医联合治疗后,1个疗程以后以及随访1年的临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者实施不同临床治疗后,无论是在近期（治疗2个疗程后）治疗效果上还是在远期（治疗1年后）治疗效果上,组间比较,治疗组患者的总有效率水平显著的高于对照组患者的总有效率水平,且差异具有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论：在临床针对老年性膝关节炎患者实施临床治疗的实践过程中,与单纯采用西医治疗方法相比较采用中西医结合治疗方法相比较的临床效果显著,是临床治疗的理想可靠选择。

Objective： To further investigate the reliable method of clinical treatment of senile knee to study the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine. Methods： 122patients with senile knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2009to January 2010were chosen as the research object. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the controlled group and the treatment group, and 56patients in each group. The controlled group was taken with western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was taken with integrative medicine. The clinical therapeutic effect for the two groups after the implementation of western medicine and integrative methods, after two courses and followed for lyear were compared. Results： After the implementation of different clinical treatment for the two groups, both in the treatment effect of the near future （ after 2courses of treatment） or in the long-term treatment （lyear after treatment）, compared between the two groups, the total efficiency levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than patients in the controlled group, and the differences were with statistical significance （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions： In clinical senile knee OA for clinical practice implementation process, the clinical effect of integrative methods is significant compared with the simple use of western medicine, and it is the ideal and reliable clinical treatment choice.
