四物祛风地黄汤治疗血液透析皮肤瘙痒疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Siwu Qufeng Dihuang Decoction to Treat Pruritus in Hemodialysis Patients

目的：观察四物祛风地黄汤对血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者的临床疗效。方法：2010年10月～2014年4月我院收治的行血液透析的皮肤瘙痒患者80例,按照治疗方法不同分成2组,对照组40例患者口服氯雷他定片,10mg/日。观察组40例患者口服四物祛风地黄汤,每日1剂,2周为1个疗程。4个疗程后对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比。结果：4个疗程后,观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者瘙痒程度、瘙痒部位、瘙痒频率、睡眠影响评分均较治疗前降低,但观察组降低更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗过程中两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论：四物祛风地黄汤能有效缓解血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒症状,安全性高,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Siwu Qufeng Dihuang Decoction on pruritus in hemodialysis pa- tients. Methods ： From October 2010to April 2014, 80cases of hemodialysis patients with pruritus in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods, controlled group of 40patients accepted oral loratadine tablets, 10mg/ day, observation group of 40patients received Siwu Qufeng Dihuang Decoction, one dose/day, two weeks as a course. After four courses, the clinical efficacies were compared between two groups. Results： Total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%, in the controlled group it was 85.0%, the observation group had a higher total efficiency, compared with the controlled group, it had obvious significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The scores of extent of itching, itching site, itching frequency, sleeping affect of two groups of patients were all lower than before in the two group but the observation group were all lower than the controlled group, compared with the controlled group, it had obvious significant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. During the treatment period, there was no serious adverse event between the two groups. Conclusion： Siwu Qufeng Dihuang Decoction can effectively relieve pruritus in hemodialysis patients, it is safe and effective. It is worthy of wider promotion.
