中医药治疗老年性白内障的临床研究

Clinical Research of Apply Traditional Chinese Medicine to Treat Senile Cataract

目的:观察中医药治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年6月到2012年6月间的96例老年白内障患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为中医组和西医组,两组均48例。西医组患者给予常规西药治疗,中医组给予中医药治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果:通过两组的临床治疗效果对比分析,中医组临床治疗有效率为92.3%,西医组临床治疗有效率为70.8%,两组的有效率数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前中医组和西医组视力分别为(0.49±0.21)、(0.44±0.25);治疗后中医组和西医组视力分别为(0.78±0.32)、(0.51±0.28);治疗前中医组和西医组视力比较无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义;治疗后中医组和西医组视力较治疗前有不同程度的改善,组间的数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床中对于老年性白内障患者实施中医药治疗是可行的,效果显著,提高治疗有效率,并且对患者的视力改善效果也比较明显,值得临床中应用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment for senile cataract. Methods： 96cases of senile cataract hospital patients in June 2011to June 2012between the research object, which was in accordance with randomly divided into groups of Chinese medicine and western medicine group, 48cases in both groups. Western group of patients treated with conventional western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment group was given Chinese medicine and observed the clinical effects of the two groups. Results： The comparison of the two groups by analysis of clinical outcomes, the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 92. 3%, the effective rate of the western medicine group was 70. 8%, the efficiency of the data statistically significant difference （P 〈0. 05 ） in both groups; before treatment, Chinese medicine and western medicine group vision group were （0. 49±0. 21 ）, （0. 44±0. 25） ; Chinese medicine and western medicine group vision group after treatment, respectively （0. 78±0. 32）, （0. 51±0. 28） ; treatment group pre-medicine and western medicine there was no significant difference in visual acuity group （P〉0.05）, statistically meaningless ; pre-medicine group and the treatment group compared with the treatment of vision improved to varying degrees after treatment, the data differences between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Patients with clinically for the implementation of the medical treatment of senile cataract feasible, the effect is significant, the improvement of treatment efficiency and the improvement of the patient＇s vision are more obvious, worthy of clinical application.
