活血通气封包外敷腹股沟治疗胸腰椎骨折后肠麻痹的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Promoting Blood Ventilation Packet Topical Groin Treatment on Thoracolumbar Fractures Enteroparalysis

目的:活血通气封包外敷腹股沟对胸腰椎骨折肠麻痹的护理观察。方法:胸腰椎骨折后肠麻痹患者随机分为两组,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上予以活血通气封包外敷腹股沟,观察两组首次排气、排便时间。结果:观察组首次排气、排便时间均显著性缩短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:活血通气封包外敷腹股沟明显提早改善胸腰椎骨折肠麻痹的胃肠功能,有利于患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To research nursing observation of promoting blood ventilation packet topical groin treatment on thoracolumbar fractures enteroparalysis. Methods： Intestinal paralysis thoracolumbar fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group received topical groin promoting blood ventilation packets on the basis of conventional therapy, exhaust were observed for the first time, defecation. Results： First exhaust the observation group, defecation were significantly higher than the controlled group shortened （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Promoting blood ventilation packet topical groin thoracolum- bar fractures significantly improve early gastrointestinal function enteroparalysis, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation, worthy of elinical application.
