The Copyright Enforcement Contrast Research between China and TPP

摘要以版权执法规则为切入点,研究比较TPP与我国版权执法的差异、进而分析其原因,从而为我国版权立法和相关政策体系的优化和调整提供对策建议。 This article contrasts the copyright enforcement differences between TPP and our country. Then we analyze the measures to deal with the high standard copyright enforcement of TPP from the reasons of differences, which can further provide reference for our future copyright legislation and the optimization and adjustment of related policy system.
