近年来,随着高分辨CT的使用,婴幼儿肺间质疾病(ILD)诊断水平得到很大提高。引起婴幼儿ILD的病因有许多,其中感染在婴幼儿ILD的发病及发展中起着重要的作用。感染可引起婴幼儿ILD,而婴幼儿ILD患者也易发生感染,使病情加重。因此正确认识感染与婴幼儿ILD关系对其防治有重要意义。

The interstitial lung disease（ILD）in infants hasbeen better diagnosed with the application of high-resolutionCT in recent years. Mutiple factors play important roles in thepathogenesis and development of ILD in infants,especiallythe infection. Moreover,the infants with ILD are also prone toinfection which could further aggravate their ILD. So a correctunderstanding of the relationship between infection and ILD ininfants is significantly important.
