摘要
采用摩尔质量为1 000 g/mol的聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)对聚乳酸(PLA)进行增塑改性。通过转矩流变仪、动态热机械分析、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能和增塑剂迁移性测试等手段研究了改性后的PLA的结构与性能。结果表明,PBA能有效降低PLA的玻璃化转变温度,并改善其冲击强度、断裂伸长率和加工性能:其最大的冲击强度和断裂伸长率大约分别为纯PLA的3、11倍,加工黏度显著降低。PBA与PLA具有良好的相容性,125℃时的迁移率低于0.7%。
The blends of poly-1, 4-butylene adipate glycol (PBA, 1 000 g/mol) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) were prepared by melting mixing. The structure and properties of modified PLA were studied by torque rheometer, DMA, SEM, mechanical properties test and plasticizer migration tests. The results showed the glass transition temperature of PLA obviously decreased with the addition of PBA. The Izod impact strength, elongation at break and processing property were all markedly improved; the impact strength and elongation at break of modified PLA were 3 times and 11 times compared with those of pure PLA, respectively. The processing viscosity was significantly reduced. PBA and PLA had good compatibility and its migration rate was lower than 0.7% at 125 ℃.
