不同表层材料对芯-壳结构竹塑复合材料界面及力学性能影响 被引量:5

The Effect of Different Shell Materials on the Interfacial and Mechanical Properties of Core-shell Structure Bamboo Plastic Composites

摘要 以竹造纸剩余物竹屑和白泥为原料,采用挤出成型法制备表层为纯高密度聚乙烯(CS-HDPE)、5%竹浆纤维增强高密度聚乙烯(CS-BPF)及5%白泥增强高密度聚乙烯(CS-WC)的三种芯-壳结构竹塑复合材料,并利用力学试验机、场发射环境扫描电子显微镜、热机械分析仪对芯-壳竹塑复合材料的弯曲性能、界面剪切性能及动态热机械性能进行了研究。结果表明,CS-WC竹塑复合材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和界面剪切强度较差;不同频率下,CSHDPE竹塑复合材料储存模量最大(E)、介质损耗角正切(tanδ)最大。 In this paper bamboo residue and white clay were used to manufacture core-shell structure bamboo plastic composites,three kinds of core-shell structure bamboo plastic composites were manufactured by co-extrusion technology,the bending properties,interfacial shear strength and thermal mechanical properties of the shell layer of pure HDPE (CS-HDPE),5% bamboo pulp fiber and 5% white clay reinforced HDPE (CS-BPR and CS-WC) were investigated,respectively.The results indicated the bending strength,bending modulus and interfacial shear strength of CS-WC bamboo plastic composite were poorer; under different frequency,CS-HDPE bamboo plastic composite storage modulus (E),the loss factor (tanδ) were the largest.
