Study on the determination of total arsenic in deer velvet by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定鹿茸中总砷的分析方法。采HNO3-HClO4混合酸(V:V=8:1)消解样品,以2%HCl介质作为载流,样品酸度控制在10%时进行样品分析。方法的线性范围0-10μg/L,相关系数优于0.999,检出限0.04μg/L,相对标准偏差3.2%,加标回收率96.0%-102.0%。 The determination of total arsenic in deer velvet by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been deeply investigated. This method is performs accurate and reliable,when the deer velvet sample was digested by HNO3-HCl O4( volume ratio was 8: 1),2% hydrochloric acid was introduced as carrier liquid,and the acidity of sample was controlled at 10%. As a result,the linear range was 0 - 10 μg / L,the correlation coefficient was above 0. 999,the detection limit was 0. 04 μg / L,the relative standard deviation was3. 2% and the recoveries were 96. 0% - 102. 0%.
