布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗急性牙周脓肿临床分析

Bloven Sustained Release Gel in the Treatment of Clinical Analysis of Acuteperiodontal Abscess

目的探讨布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗急性牙周脓肿的效果。方法选取66例急性牙周脓肿患者作为研究对象,并随机分为观察组和对照组,给予观察组布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗,对照组则使用常规治疗,比较两组用药后第1 d、3 d、7 d的治疗效果。结果观察组用药后第1天、3天、7天的总有效率分别为84.9%、90.9%、93.9%,对照组相应的为57.6%、63.6%、66.7%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,且两组比较差异明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论给予急性牙周脓肿患者布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗能有效缓解患者的临床症状,且临床效果显著,有利于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Study of Ibuprofen Sustained release gel in the treatment of acute periodontal abscess effect.Methods 66 patients with acute periodontal abscess as the research object , and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , the observation group given Bloven sustained release gel treatment , control group using conventional treatment , the treatment effect of 1d, 3d and 7d were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The observation group after the administration of 1D, 3D, 7d of the total effective rate was 84.9%, 90.9%, 93.9%, the corresponding control group 57.6%, 63.6%, 66.7%, the treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group , and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant , P 〈0.05.Conclusions Given the acute periodontal abscess patients sustained -release ibuprofen gel treatment can effec-tively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients , and a significant clinical effect , is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
