摘要
为研究大功率绕线异步电机负载调速,文章介绍了异步电机双馈调速方案。该方案通过对大功率绕线电机采用定子磁链定向控制策略,使得电机的有功分量和无功分量可以分别得到控制,并详细介绍了转子变频矢量控制算法软件设计。为验证该控制策略的效果,采用额定功率为22 k W的异步电机,负载采用55k W的直流电机进行了试验研究,实验结果证明该系统控制效果良好。
In order to study the speed adjustment of loading high-power winding asynchronous motor,a double-fed speed adjusting scheme was introduced,in which stator-flux oriented control strategy was applied on high-power winding asynchronous motor, realizing separate control of motor active component and reactive component. Software algorithm design of the rotor frequency vector control was introduced. Then,a laboratory test was conducted,to verify effect of the control strategy,using a 22 k W induction motor as test motor,55 k W DC motor as load,and the result shows a favorable control effect.
