摘要 针对井陉煤矿1612复采工作面的开采要求及该工作面运输巷必须在开采后长期保留下来的情况,提出了炮采工作面超高水材料开放式充填开采留巷一体化技术。通过挡浆板和阻燃隔水膜结构提高了采空区充填率,并采用了"强—中强—弱"支护结构,使巷道围岩应力向采空区深部转移,减小了运输巷围岩应力。实践表明:超高水材料开放式充填开采留巷一体化技术工艺简单、充填成本低,且留巷效果理想,具有很好的推广应用价值。 According to a mining requirement of No. 1612 secondary mining face in Jingxi Mine and a condition of a transportation gateway in the coal mining face to be retained in a long period after the operation of the coal mining face completed,a mining and gateway integration technology with high water material backfill mining and gateway was provided for the drilling and blasting coal mining face. A grouting baffle board and a flame resistance and water insulated membrane structure was applied to improve the backfill rate of the goaf. A “strong-medium strong-weak”support structure was designed and applied. Thus the surrounding rock stress of the gateway was converted to the deep area of the goaf and the surrounding rock stress of the transportation gateway was reduced. The practices showed that the open backfill mining and gateway retained integration technology with ultra high water material was simple in technique, low in backfill cost,rational gateway retained effect and would have a well promotion application value.
