摘要 以高瓦斯矿井屯兰煤矿大断面煤巷沿空留巷为研究对象,建立了沿空留巷围岩结构模型,分析了沿空留巷巷旁充填体的作用机制,提出了巷内基本支护采用锚杆索配合钢梁、金属网联合支护,巷旁采用混泥土膏体材料充填,以及充填体锚带网外加固、钢筋网内加固和注浆密封的沿空留巷围岩控制技术。井下实践结果表明:沿空留巷顶板离层最大值为40mm,顶底板移近量最大为17cm,两帮移近量最大值为25cm,工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度为0.45%-0.75%,实现了高瓦斯矿井大断面煤巷沿空留巷技术的成功应用。 Aiming at the gob-side entry retaining of large section coal roadway in Tunlan coal mine( a high gas mine),the rock structure model of gob-side entry retaining was established, the action mechanism of roadside packing was analyzed. A surrounding rock control technology of gob-side entry retaining was proposed,including basic support with anchor cable combined with steel beams and metal mesh,roadside packing with concrete paste material,anchor belt net strengthening outer the filler mass,steel mesh strengthening within the filler mass and grouting seal. The site practice results of gob-side entry retaining showed that, maximum of roof separation was 40 mm, maximum moving amount between the roof and floor was 17 cm,and the gas concentration at upper corner of the working face was 0. 45% ~ 0. 75%.
