中厚煤层错层位巷道布置工作面“三段式”回采研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对河东煤矿煤层顶板较软且煤层埋藏深、地应力大、巷道支护困难等问题,提出了在4203工作面采用错层位巷道布置系统,论述了中厚煤层错层位巷道布置方式,成功地将首采面和接续面回风巷道及接续面进风巷道转变为非软岩巷道,并研究了错层位巷道布置工作面"三段式"回采工艺、回采率等参数,保证矿井能够安全、高效生产。 According to soft seam roof, deep depth of the seam, high geostress, gateway difficult support and other problems in Hedong Mine, a layout system of the dislocated layer gateway was applied to No. 4203 coal mining face was provided. The paper stated the layout mode of the dislocated layer gateway in a medium thick seam. An air retuning gateway of the first coal mining face and the followed coal mining face and an air intake gateway of the followed coal mining face were successfully changed to a non soft rock gateway. The paper had a study on a “three stage” mining technique, mining recovery rate and other parameters of the coal mining face with the layout of the dislocated layer gateway to ensure the mine with a safety and high efficient production.
