摘要
探讨了基于3D打印激光成形修复技术在矿机易损设备修复的应用范围及应用前景,提出在矿用设备易损零部件的直接工作件类、结构件类型、传动系统件三种类型设备的3D打印激光修复技术应用可行性,以及与部分矿机设备采用的激光熔覆表面强化技术的区别与优势,结果表明:3D打印激光修补矿用设备易损零部件,能避免或减少修复的机械加工,达到仿形精确修复,提高矿用设备易损件的使用寿命。
According to a high manufacturing cost, spare parts shortage, great maintenance cost of the large mine machinery applied in underground mine,once a production line breakdown occurred due to partical parts failure,the paper stressed a discussion on an application scope and application prospects of a 3D printing and laser repair technology to the easy worm equipment repair of the mine machinery and provided the application feasibility of the 3D printing and laser repair technology to the direct working parts type and structure parts mode and driving system parts of the easy worm parts applied to the mine equipment. The paper provided the differences and advantages of the laser cladding surface reinforcement technology applied to partial mine machinery equipment. The discussed results showed that the easy worm parts of the mine equipment repaired with the 3D printing and laser repair technology could avoid or reduce a mechanical processing of the repair parts,could reach a copying accurate repair and could improve the service life of the easy worm parts applied to the mine equipment.
