水泥稳定浆液配比及适用条件研究 被引量:19

摘要 为了确定水泥稳定浆液的配比,研究了不同水灰比,不同外加剂含量条件下,水泥浆液的析水率、粘度、抗压强度、初(终)凝时间的变化特性,结果表明:水灰比为0.8,膨润土掺入量为2.5%,减水剂掺入量为0.8%时,水泥浆液的各项性能指标均满足稳定浆液的要求,且最经济,因此,该配比可作为水泥稳定浆液的适宜配比。然后,通过粘度时变曲线确定浆液的最佳可注时间为2h。最后,依据稳定浆液在裂隙中的流动特性,给出了稳定浆液的注浆压力、扩散半径与裂隙宽度的关系表达式。 In order to determine the proportion of cement stable slurry, variation characteristics were studied on the syneresis rate,viscosity,compressive strength of stone,initial setting time and final setting time,under different water cement ratio and different content of admixture. Results show that,when water cement ratio is 0. 8,incorporation of bentonite is 2. 5% and incorporation of water reducing agent is 0. 8%,each performance index of the cement slurry meets the stable slurry requirement with the best economy efficiency. Therefore,this ratio can be the optimum proportion of cement stable slurry; the optimal grouting time is 2h, according to the curve of viscosity; and based on the flow characteristics in fracture,expressions of grouting pressure,diffusion radius and fracture width were given.
