摘要
介绍了矿用钢丝绳损伤检测系统的设计及小波分析降噪的原理,针对电磁干扰对信号采集的影响,阐述了应用小波分析理论实现降噪的方法。测试结果表明,基于小波多分辨率分析对损伤信号的分解与重构处理,有效的去除了野点、工频干扰和其他众多噪声,克服了传统滤波方法的不足,为矿用钢丝绳缺陷信号的定量识别打下可靠的基础。
The paper introduced the design of steel cable damage detection system and the principle of the wavelet denoising,aiming at the electromagnetic interference effects on signal acquisition, elaborated the realization of noise reduction based on wavelet analysis theory. The testing results show that, the processing of decomposition and reconstruction on damage signal,based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis,can effectively remove aberrant points,power frequency interference and many others noises, overcome the traditional shortcomings of filtering, providing a reliable foundation for quantitative recognition of steel cable flaw signal.
