摘要 为了研究中煤粒级大小对破碎解离产生的影响,对屯兰选煤厂重介旋流器中煤进行筛分浮沉试验,标准筛筛孔为25mm,13mm,6mm,3mm,重液密度是:1.45kg/L,1.60kg/L,1.80kg/L。选择各个粒级中1.45-1.60kg/L密度级产物,将其破碎到3mm后再进行三级浮沉,测定解离后得到的-1.45kg/L密度级产物的灰分、挥发分、粘结性、硫分、反射率。数据表明,煤粒级越大,破碎后精煤产率越高,但灰分相差不大。通过破碎解离,挥发分,粘结性,硫分和反射率不随着中煤粒度的大小而变化。 To study the influence of coal middlings particle size on liberation,screening test and the sink-float test were conducted on dense medium cyclone middlings of Tunlan coal preparation plat. The mesh size of standard sieve were25 mm,13mm,mm,3mm and the density grades of zinc chloride solution was 1. 45 kg / L,1. 60 kg / L and 1. 80 kg / L.The 1. 45 ~ 1. 60 kg / L grade in each size fraction were selected and crushed to 3mm,then a 3-level sink-float test was done to analyze the ash content, volatile matter, caking property, sulfur and reflectivity of the-1. 45 kg / L grade dissociated product. The results show that, larger middlings size leads to higher clean coal yield, with unobvious difference of ash content, and the volatile component, caking property, sulfur and reflectivity don 't change with the particle size.
