摘要
我国每年产生的废旧煤机装备数量巨大,对煤机装备再制造进行相关理论和实践研究具有重要意义。文章建立了煤机装备再制造性评估指标体系,采用专家打分法和层次分析法相结合建立了煤机装备再制造性评估模型,并采用企业实际生产数据进行实证分析。实证分析的结果与生产实际数据基本吻合,表明所建立的煤机装备再制造性评估体系和模型具有较高的应用推广价值。
Remanufacturing is an effective way to develop the circular economy,and an important tool to deal with the resource shortage and environmental pollution. There are a lot of waste coal machines in China. It is very important to do the related research on remanufacture of these machines both in theory and practice. This paper was an attempt to identify the evaluation criteria of remanufacturability for coal machinery and establish the assessment model based on expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process. The empirical study was carried out based on the in-situ data collected from enterprises. The results of the empirical analysis highly agreed with the situations of the enterprise,implying that the established assessment system and model of remanufacturability for coal machinery could be applied to coal industry.
