大角度多层孔履带式全液压坑道钻机的研制与应用 被引量:27

摘要 传统的履带式全液压坑道钻机虽然效率高,工人劳动强度小,但是受限于变幅装置的自身结构,大多履带钻机调角范围较小,且开孔高度调节范围十分有限。在黑龙江鸡西和山西晋城等煤层较厚矿区往往需要进行多层瓦斯抽采孔施工,因此研制了新型履带钻机。新型钻机的主机可以±90°方位角旋转,新型的变幅装置能够轻松调节钻孔角度和钻孔高度,可以进行大角度、多层孔和跨胶带钻进施工。通过现场工业性试验,验证了新型履带钻机性能的稳定性及多种工况下施工的适用性和可靠性。 In spite of the high efficiency and small labor intensity,the adjustment range of drilling angle and height is limited in the traditional track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig,because of the luffing mechanism structure. Aiming at the requirement of multi-layer holes construction in thick seam coal mine,such as Jixi mine area in Heilongjiang and Jincheng mine area in Shanxi,a new track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for wide-angle and multi-layer drilling was develop. The main engine of the new drilling rig has a ± 90° azimuth rotation range,and the new luffing mechanism can easily adjust the drilling angle and height,allowing wide-angle drilling,multi-layer drilling and cross-belt drilling construction. The stability of the new drilling rig,and its applicability and reliability in multi working condition were verified in industrial test.
