摘要
针对矿业权管理中数据量大、结构复杂、关系多样化等特点,系统分析了矿业权管理中的业务流程和数据流程,研究了矿业权管理信息系统的四层分布式体系结构和功能结构,应用WebGIS和工作流技术集成的方法,实现了矿业权管理业务中协同办公和GIS图形处理的一体化,有利于不同业务部门间数据流和业务流的集成与共享,提高矿政管理部门的业务效率。
Aiming at the mass data,complicated structure,and diversified relationship in mining rights management,the business flow and data flow of mining right management were systematically analyzed,the four-layer distributed system structure and function structure of mining right management information system were studied, the integration of collaborative office and GIS graphics was realized in mining right management,with the integrated method of WebGIS and workflow technology, improving the integration and share of business data flow and business flow, the efficiency of administrative management department.
