摘要
人才流失问题是国有煤炭咨询企业自20世纪末以来一直都要面对的问题。国有煤炭咨询企业的人才流失,流失的不仅仅是人才,还有企业竞争力。文章通过分析当前国有煤炭咨询企业人才流失的特点、人才流向及对企业的影响,分别从外部社会环境、内部企业管理、个人观念及追求等三个重要方面分析人才流失的原因,并据此提出国有煤炭咨询企业应对人才流失的对策。
Talent loss is always a problem faced to the coal consulting enterprises since the end of 20 th century. The talent loss of the state owned coal consulting enterprises is not only a talent loss,but is a competition of the enterprises. With an analysis on the talent loss features of the state owned consulting enterprises,talent flow direction and influences to the enterprises,the paper analyzed the causes of the talent loss from the external social environment, internal enterprise management,personal idea and seeking aspects individually. Thus the countermeasures of the state owned consulting enterprises were provided to handle the talent loss.
