Medical aid of coal mines is essential in emergency management in coal enterprises. Establishing emergency rescue and medical aid team is the basis for the emergency management. The paper first introduces the task of the medical aid in mines and its significance. Then it presents how to strengthen the team construction and proposes some suggestions to improve the medical aid work.
