摘要
本文所研究的新型枪弹测速系统,包括高速枪弹探测传感器阵列和一个与之相通信的数据处理终端.前者探测高速飞行的枪弹产生的声波变化,经过信号调理后数字采样,并由无线数传设备传输至数据处理终端;后者根据数学模型及其算法,计算得到枪弹的飞行速度,并进行汇总、统计分析、报告生成与打印等.本系统基于声测试技术,在枪弹速度测试精度不低于光幕靶、天幕靶等区截装置的情况下,系统体积大大缩小,仪器布设方便、迅速,降低了使用要求,克服了人为布设仪器带来的随机误差;实现了数字信号无线传输.增加声传感器数量,系统测试精度可以达到校验级,可用于对天幕靶等传统区截装置的校验.通过试验可知,系统测试精度高,性能稳定,没有误报、漏报现象,具有较大的推广应用价值.
The new bullet's velocity measurement system in this paper,includes a high-speed bullet detection sensor's array and a processing terminal. The acoustic change generated by flying bullet is detected by the sensor's array,and processed by signal conditioning,digital sampled,then transferred to the data processing terminal by the wireless data transmission equipment. According to the mathematical model and its algorithm,the data processing terminal calculates the bullet flying speed,Then summary,analysis the statistic,generate report and print etc. The test system is designed based on the acoustic measuring and the digital signal wireless transferring technique,and it's precision is not lower than the Light Screen Target and the Sky Screen Target,the system size is greatly reduced,easily and rapidly installed. The requirement is reduced and the random error caused by manmade layout of instrument is overcame. By increasing the number of acoustic sensors,the system's test precision can reach parity level for calibrating the Sky Screen Target and other traditional cut devices. By contrast testing,the system test precision is high,the performance is stable,and has great popularization and application value.
