现代知识载体越来越多地从书本文字、口头语言等向电子化、网络化、多媒体化形式转变,使得学校教育等于"读书"加"教书"的传统理念与模式,已不能完全反映和适应新时代教育的全部内涵。为此,要通过改变理念、加强教育管理与增加资源投入、提高教育者素质能力、创新教育方法手段、转变教学考核评价体系、处理好教育创新与继承的关系等途径和措施,促进教育与时俱进的创新。

Modern knowledge carriers have been more and more transformed into an electronic, networked and multimedia form from books, texts and oral languages, which makes the traditional ideas and modes of school education being ＇ studying＇ and ＇ teaching＇ fail to completely reflect and adapt to all connotations of education of the new era. For this reason, it is needed to promote a keep-pace-with-time mode innovation of education by means of such paths and measures as change of ideas, enhancement of educational management and increase of resources investment, elevation of competence and quality of educators, innovation of educational methods, change of teaching and assessment systems, and well-handling of relation between educational innovation and inheritance, etc..
