基于CPLD的激励信号集成控制技术及应用

摘要 探讨一种新型的基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的可控激励信号技术,介绍了一种应用于行波管发射机灯丝、调制电源的激励电路形式。该技术采用CPLD编程产生开关电源电路需要的激励脉冲,可以数字化确定脉冲的脉宽、周期,也可调整不同时间段不同的脉冲形式,甚至设计不同脉冲的与、或关系,从而达到载频方波这样的复杂脉冲形式。该技术具有激励波形精密可控、降低电路复杂度、节约设计成本等优势,并且在实践中得到充分验证,性能优良、工作可靠。 A technology of controllable waveform for drive signal circuit based on complex programmable logic device (CPLD) is dis- cussed. The application on a filament & modulator power circuit for a traveling wave tube (TWT) transmitter is present. The technol- ogy is designed to create the excitation pulse for switch power by the programming of CPLD. The width and period of the pulse are ac- curately designed by programming. The pulse can also be adjust to any other forms in different time periods. Even the calculation of And or Or could be done between two different wave forms, by this way the complicated wave forms such as the carrier frequency wave could be obtained. The technology which makes a good performance in accurate control for drive signal can reduce the circuit complexity and design cost. This technology is proved to have good performance and high reliability in engineering practice.
