摘要
为了减轻雷达T/R组件生产周期的压力,在多通道自动测试系统中使用多S参数测试算法。多通道多S参数测试方法运用以PNA-X矢量网络分析仪为基础的自动测试系统,可一次校准完成多个参数的测试,减少了系统资源的开销,加快测试速度,提高工作效率。文中阐述了多通道多S参数测试方法的原理,描述了该方法的设计、实现及优化过程。
In this paper, In order to reduce the pressure of T/R module production cycle, muhi-parameters testing algorithm is used in the Muhi-Channels ATS. Muhi-Channels & Multi-S Parameters test method used in the automatic test system based the PNA-X vector network analyzer, can complete multiple parameters with a calibration test, reduce the cost of the system resources, speed up the test, improve the work efficiency. This paper expounds the principle of this method, describes in detail the design and im- plementation of this method, and then mention the optimization of this method.
