摘要
目的观察冠心病虚实证候的非线性参数指标差异,揭示中医证候非线性混沌特征。方法根据中医辨证结果,将243例冠心病患者进行虚实分组。根据24 h动态心电图检查结果,计算这些冠心病患者的复杂度、近似熵、关联维非线性参数指标。结果除了实证组的关联维低于虚实夹杂证组外,其余的非线性参数指标实证组均值大于虚实夹杂证组均值,虚实夹杂证组均值大于虚证组均值。结论非线性分析法能够作为中医证候研究的方法学,用于中医证候分析。
Objective To observe the nonlinear parameters in excess syndrome and deficiency syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD), so as to explore the characteristics of nonlinear chaos existed in TCM syndromes. Methods Based on principles of TCM syndrome differentiation, 44 of 243 patients with CHD were diagnosed as excess syndrome( excess group), 148 as mingled syndrome( mingled group) and 51 as deficiency syndrome (deficiency group ). Each patient underwent 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram (Hoher). Correlation dimention (CD) , complexity (Comp) and approximate entropy (ApEn) were calculated relied on the data obtained from Holter to find out the difference of these parameters in all three groups. Results Except for CD in excess group was less than mingled group, the values of CD, Comp and ApEn had a feature in common with the highest in excess group, medium in mingled group and lowest in deficiency group. Conclusion Nonlinear analysis, as a new methodology, can be introduced into TCM syndrome differentiation
